The first step to securing a rented home is the deposit. Our Landlords ask for one month's rent as a security deposit. This is for any expensive damages to the property, which could occur during the tenancy.

In order to protect this cash deposit, we use the Deposit Protection Scheme. Your cash is stored safely during the tenancy, and can only be released when both tenant and landlord agree by entering both your pin numbers. Your first rent is paid the day you begin your tenancy and receive your keys.
